Dino PC's Now Include a Standard 2 Year Warranty That Covers Parts, Labour and Carriage
At Dino PC, we want you to be happy with your new custom PC so we include a minimum 2 year warranty as standard, which covers parts, labour and carriage to our repair centre.
You are also able to upgrade your warranty at an additional cost if you want improved, or longer warranty protection. This includes the option for on site repairs, so you can have one of our DBS checked expert engineers repair in your home. Please read the important information section for more details.

Important Information
On Site Warranty
Our on site warranty covers repairs in your home or place of work. We are able to cover most parts of the UK Mainland only. Other locations will be a collect and return service.
Can I upgrade my PC without invalidating the warranty?
We understand that our customers have a requirement to upgrade certain parts along the way, such as graphics cards, storage drives and RAM. Make sure that proper precautions are taken when carrying out any upgrades, and the parts used are compatible and of high quality without any defects. If a warranty claim is made for a PC that has been upgraded, and the fault can potentially be attributed to the upgraded part, then you might be responsible for labour and any other costs incurred.
Warranty Exclusions
Whilst we do our best to cover most things with our warranty, there are a few exclusions:
- Accidental damage
- General wear and tear, misuse, neglect or damage by the buyer
- Incorrectly installed components and parts
- Overheating due to excessive dirt/dust build up or blocking of vents/air intakes
- Data recovery and backing up of data, files and programmes
- Incorrectly installed or incompatible software
- Removal of viruses and remedial fixes.
- Compatability of 3rd party software/hardware.

We will still honour the warranty option you chose when you bought your PC. The Dino PC warranty prior to 26th August was as follows:

If you are outside the carriage cover period this is available at £40 to arrange collection from your premises and ship out the repaired system.
