Out Of Warranty Component
If you have a component that has developed a fault but is no longer covered by DinoPC warranty, it may have manufacturer warranty and we can arrange to have it replaced for you. This service covers admin costs and our shipping costs to the supplier and back to the customer.
Please be aware:
- We do not guarantee that the product will be replaced as it might not have warranty left with our supplier or if customer induced damage is reported, if this is the case we will return the product to you and refund £20 paid for this service.
- If there is no fault found, we will return the product to you and refund half of the £20 paid for the service.
- The product may be credited rather than replaced, if so we will refund back to you the full amount we are credited, this amount may be smaller than original value of the product as some of our suppliers calculate this based on the current market value.
- If the product is discontinued it may be replaced by an alternative similar model, this will be decided by the manufacturer or our supplier.
- To complete this service would normally take around 2 weeks from receipt of product, but it may take longer.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs and packaging to our premises
