What's your current turnaround?
Turnaround is normally 1-2 weeks for custom built computers, depending on stock
availability for components selected and how busy we are at the time, priority
turnaround is available as an option on PC customisation pages to get your order
How much is your delivery?
Desktop and laptop system orders have a fixed delivery charge of £15 within
mainland UK and £35 for Northern Ireland, Highlands and British Isles. The
delivery price is set for the whole order and not dependant on quantity or
We use extra packaging for PCs to guarantee that it arrives without any damage.
The original packaging that is normally used for computer cases is what the
majority of system builders use to ship out systems, but this is inadequate and
there is a good chance of transit damage occurring. Our solution is to package
the computer inside that original packaging that the case comes in, but then we
go the extra mile by placing it in a larger box and fitting air cushions to
absorb any impact.
Which parts of UK do you deliver to?
We ship within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK Isles. At
the moment we do not deliver outside the UK.
How do I know date and time my order will be
An email confirmation is sent upon dispatch, and the order is delivered by next
working day service, it can take longer if you are based in a remote location
such as Northern Ireland, Highlands or a UK Isle. Delivery normally takes place
between 9AM - 6PM, our courier would give you a one hour delivery window if you
provide us with a mobile number, or you can track it online and change delivery
date. If there is no one available to take delivery the driver may attempt to
leave the goods with a neighbour, normally the consignment will be returned to
the local depot and delivery will be re-attempted the next working day.
What delivery service do you use?
Orders below £30 in value and less than 1kg are dispatched by Royal Mail.
Orders above £30 or over 1kg in weight are dispatched via DPD courier service.
Can I collect the PC to save on delivery?
You can arrange collection by contacting us, we will take a deposit payment over
the phone and the rest can be paid by card when making the collection.
If you have placed an order online and paid by card then collection is not
possible. The transaction is processed as a "distance sale" and we need proof of
delivery from the couriers.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address?
We allow you to specify a different delivery address. If you have paid by card
and it has passed 3DSecure there should be no issues.

Which parts are used in your systems?
We only use major branded parts sourced from the manufactures directly or from
official distributors. For some components, such as graphics cards and hard
drives we don't state the make and model as this varies depending on the current
stock. Hard drive brands we use can be either Toshiba, Seagate, Western Digital
The prices and stock availability fluctuate regularly, therefore we cannot stick
to one make or guarantee that a certain brand will be used.
What testing and quality control is carried out?
Every PC undergoes at least a 12-hour "burn-in" test prior to dispatch to make
sure all computers are dispatched fully working. If an Operating System is
purchased all drivers would be set up and the PC would be ready to run from the
box. As part of our quality control process every custom PC is double-checked by
another technician to make sure it is as per the order and a quality control
sheet is enclosed with the order.
Why are your prices so low?
Our prices are extremely competitive because we turnover a lot of computer
equipment, and can pass on the savings whenever there's a price drop or a good
deal from our suppliers. As an ecommerce business we can benefit from
substantial cost savings compared to a retail operation by employing a direct
and efficient business model.
Does my PC come with the manuals and CDs for the parts?
Every PC comes with original CDs and manuals for all the components used to
assemble the PC. If an Operating System is purchased the original CD is
supplied, not a recovery CD as supplied by some manufacturers.

Do you offer buy now pay later scheme?
At the moment we do not offer credit, we require full payment prior to dispatch of your order. We accept PO orders from the public sector and approved accounts, please get in touch to go over your requirements.
Do you charge a credit card fee?
We do not impose fees for any payment method used. There are normally fees
associated with processing card payments, which some retailers pass onto the
customer, we absorb those fees on your behalf.

Which PC should I go for?
This depends on your budget and type of usage. Our Home/Office range is the entry-level range designed for basic everyday tasks that don't require powerful components. The Multimedia range feature more premium components and will
deliver better performance now and in the future. The motherboards feature more upgrade potential for the future, allowing for plenty of RAM and PCI cards to be
installed. Our gaming PCs are for high end users that need a lot of power for games and visually depending applications. Every PC can be customised to meet
your requirements, most components can be altered when configuring online, including motherboard, PSU, case, hard drive, CPU and much more.

Which computer would you recommend - Intel or AMD based?
Both AMD and Intel offer an outstanding range of CPUs in terms of performance and reliability. We would recommend you choose a model that fits your budget and
personal preference, majority of our customers prefer systems with Intel CPUs and NVIDIA graphics card.

Warranty & Support
Can I upgrade my PC without invalidating the warranty?
We understand that our customers have a requirement to upgrade certain parts
along the way, such as
optical drives, hard drives and PCI cards. Make sure that proper precautions are
taken when carrying out any upgrades, and the parts used are compatible and of high quality
without any defects. If a warranty claim is made for a PC that has been
upgraded, and the fault can potentially be attributed to the upgraded
part, then you might be responsible for labour and any other costs incurred.
How does your warranty work?
As standard each of our computers is covered by a 5 year warranty, which
means we wouldn't make money out of providing support for your system and you
can rest assured that we will be willing and ready to help put things right if
any issue does spring up.
Our systems are supported by our trained support staff and technicians on a
return-to-base basis. Here is a table to explain the different warranty options:
If you live within close proximity to our office in North London then you can
bring your system for repair and we can carry out on the spot repair. If you are
outside the carriage cover period this is available at £40 to arrange collection
from your premises and ship out the repaired system.
What happens if I have a problem with my PC?
If you have a problem with the PC and require technical support you can contact us
and we will do our best to resolve any
issues reported as quickly as possible. We will reply with
possible solutions, and if a hardware fault is confirmed by our technical
support advisor we can proceed with collection process.
