Whenever you're spending money on a site you've never used before,
you're always going to have some worries, especially when we're talking
about large sums of money! Thankfully, DinoPC did what they say on the
tin and provided me with a fantastic PC that was well built and setup
almost perfectly (had to install the right monitor drivers - very
minor). As long as you're willing to wait (3 weeks for me), you'll get
what you ordered, built to a good standard.
My phone contact with DinoPC was superb. Mid order I decided to change
the video card and it was dealt with quickly and correctly. Also was
missing a promotional code with my graphics card that was supplied via
email during a phone call with a very helpful operator. If you have any
issues, I wouldn't advise emailing though I was able to obtain a VAT
receipt via email with no fuss.
Packaging and delivery was spot on, and once built, arrived next day as
stated.
Pricing really isn't too good to be true and I was very impressed with
what I was able to get for my budget. I shopped around a fair bit before
spending and I'd say that the dinopc bundles are about £100-£200 cheaper
than the alternatives.
Reconmended for certain and in all likelyhood we'll be using dinopc
again for work when we need pc's with a bit of ommph.

Thanks to Dino I am now able to complete everything that I had wished
for the machine was up and running like a greyhound with everything that
I had asked for. The only snag was the packaging and the use of Fedex
who's driver did not seem to care about the big tear in the outer box.
Good job there was double packing. Thanks to one and all in the Dino
offices and workshop. I will certainly recommend you.

Thank you soooo much for this computer. At first i couldn't work out why
the monitor wouldn't work but i had ordered the Nvidia 550GTX graphics
card meaning it had a different slot for the monitor instead of VGA,
which your excellent customer service worked out for me! This PC arrived
6 days late but no worries as the computer is amazing! No other word for
it, it is what i have been looking for for a while! Thank you again, and
will look forward to using you in the future although i hope not too
soon!

cost. My only downfall with buying from you was that the delivery was a
couple days off 3 weeks and I felt communication between us could have

Thrilled to bits...PC arrived on the day the guys told me it would. It
took two and a half weeks which I was comfortable with. The machine is
awesome. I just ran the Microsoft windows experience and got a 7.8 out
of 7.9. Interestingly my works laptop costs about 3 times the price
these guys charged me and gets a 5.9. My sluggish old games just fly
now. Properly packaged, all associated bits and bobs included, one
absolutely chuffed to bits customer. Thanks guys.

Came across Dino PC for the first time when I read about one of their
products in a "PC Advisor" review. Gave them a call and one of the sales
team spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining various options -
at no time was I put under any sales pressure. I ordered a PC and paid
extra for two day turnaround. They were two days over and refunded part
of the cost of this option (as in their terms and conditions) without me
even having to ask. Received computer as specified - opened the box,
plugged it in, turned it on and then all I had to do was to install my
own software. Had one or two post delivery queries - fully answered.
Great product, great price, superb service. If you go with Dino PC and
have the same experience that I have had then you will not be
disappointed - it is great to find a company that places such a high
priority on customer service.

Excellent service and fantastic packaging, had 3 day turnaround and it
took a bit longer, but it stated that there was a lot more demand than
normal and so may take longer, a quick phone call and this was resolved
almost immediately. Amazingly cheap, the only other place that would do
it cheaper was a local PC store and DinoPC even then went and matched
that! Computer works and is in tip top condition, the only qualm was
that the DVD drive hadn't had the SATA cable plugged in, but a quick
check fixed that. Overall 10/10 Will definitely use again! And much
better than cable management than my previous computer from a rival
company!

I am very pleased with my purchase, only took 5 days to arrive. I bought
a stego pc and custom built it with an amd 955 black edition, 1tb hard
drive, 8 gb of ram and a 1gb gt440 for £326 and am very pleased with it.
It arrived promptly and the customer service was excellent. It was
packaged in two boxes with air cushioning. As promised I got the specs I

Just taken delivery of a customised Alioramus 2500k, the build quality
was top notch; it produces the top score on windows performance rating
with an overclock of 4.6 MHz on the I5 sandybridge processor.
From order to successfully delivery was 20 Days, which I thought was
fairly reasonable considering the customisations that I requested on the
build.
I did a lot of research on parts, specifications and prices and this
system was the best value that I found. I had no issues at all with Dino
PC and would recommend them whole heartedly.

Bought the Nano E350 with 4Gb memory and 500Gb HDD - superb little
machine. When you read the spec your immediate thought is that it must
be a gimmick, you can't possibly get that much processing power in a PC
the size of a paperback book - but you can! Being a bit of an old fud
I've never moved on from Civ III and Championship Manager 4 - the Nano
runs them fine with Windows 7 Ultimate, plus Office 2007.

I must say that the experience with DinoPC was excellent. They take
great care in ensuring the customer gets exactly what they want and the
price is incredible.
I am not the greatest with PC’s so when I made a mistake in my order
DinoPC customer service talked me through my requirements, and directed
me to the right solution for my customised PC. Second to none customer
service and great build quality makes them top of the market for PC
purchase.
I can understand that, due to all of the above, DinoPC can become very
busy and because of that, you should bear in mind that it can take
slightly longer than the 2 weeks quoted (if you don’t pay for the
express service) to get your order delivered (it took 3 weeks for my PC
to come), however, customer service will keep you up to speed with how
your order is progressing and have an incredibly quick response time to
any query you put in.
Overall I would give them a 9.5 out of 10!

My wife was being driven mad by her old PC which took 20 mins to boot up
and was incredibly slow in other ways. So I bought her a nanosaur for
her birthday. It has revolutionised her life and works fantastically
well. My only two gripes are that:
(1) It was black rather than white as shown on the website.
(2) Ubuntu cannot recognise her printer (Canon MP 1800) and I have been
unable to find a driver for it.
In summary, very pleased with the product and price.

I had every intention of giving feedback eventually, but wanted to put
the pc through its paces first.
I recently bought a Veloce i7 GTX560 (veloce870) and I just wanted to
say that I've never been more satisfied with a computer. I`ve had 3 or 4
pc's in my short time of gaming and this one is the only one that really
can handle everything I throw at it.
No problems with random crashing (apart from when I installed something
that wasn`t compatible with W7). "The Beast" fires with no problems
every time, and can handle my frantic playing style really well.
If ever I or a friend wants to get a new pc, it will certainly be from

Hi – I am extremely pleased with my PC and just want to leave this
testimonial.
After cancelling an order for an upgraded PC with another London-based
company who kept me waiting for 6 weeks with numerous delay excuses, I
ordered an upgraded PC (Fabro 2400) from DinoPC after seeing impressive
Web reviews. Having lost patience with the first company, I paid an £30
extra for a 2 working day delivery. Obviously I sceptical but at the end
of the 2nd working day, I received an email confirming dispatch and the
PC really did arrive before lunch on the 3rd working day. Very
impressive indeed!
The PC was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately, the PC would not load
Windows but with the help of a very helpful DinoPC tech guy on the other
end of the phone, we found that the hard drive power cable had come
loose due to the wiring harness being too tight and the plastic broken
on the plug. I used a spare SATA power plug in the wiring loom and the
PC fired up perfectly. DinoPC sent me a spare lead a couple of days
later.
I was very impressed by the tech department who were very helpful and
answered promptly. Apart from this small glitch, I am extremely pleased
with the PC which is well built, fast and came with all the software and
hardware documents. Overall, great value for money and I have no
hesitation in recommending this company. I wished I had done my homework
in the first place and made DinoPC my first choice. It’s not often that
I give such praise so well done guys.

There was a small issue with the PC when I received it but it turns out
it was my girlfriend's fault !! However Dino PC did their most to help
by 1 talking some solutions down the phone and 2 when that didn't work

I bought an slightly modified Elmisaur package from Dino PC which was

from a small supplier but good communication prior to ordering helped my

I'm really pleased with my PC, I'll be honest I hadn't heard of the
company before and found it on Google and wasn't sure if i should try it
as it seemed a bit of a risk. im well happy i did though it arrived in
perfect condition and worked straight out of the box with windows 7
installed (which was a proper genuine copy too). It was exactly as
described, there was a slight crack in my windows 7 disc case but the
disc itself wasn't effected at all and apart from that everything else
was immaculate.
It was delivered in 2 weeks on the dot exactly as stated :) I will be
using these guys again for sure, my only regret was not getting a higher
spec pc and spending more! cheers.

I ordered an Elmisaur 760 on 19th January because of the good write ups
of both the system and Dino PC.
There was a delay because of a backlog but the system was delivered
exactly on the three weeks promised. The set-up was very straight
forward. It would have been helpful to have a note telling me to use the
adaptor to plug in the monitor rather than straight into the only hole
the plug fitted. This would have saved an hours messing about and a call
to Tech support.
However, once done the system has been fantastic! Very fast, much
quieter than my previous PC and a great display. It has also
significantly speeded up my very slow internet use. Obviously doesn't
improve line speed but I hadn't realised how much my old PC had been
struggling with all the programmes that run 'behind the scenes' these
days. The Elmisaur just eats these up and delivers great performance.

I am happy to say that the custom built PC I have ordered in February is
arrived and working well.
The turnaround was a bit longer than the default 2 weeks because of the
backlog you had about the Christmas run but whenever I logged in to my
profile on your website it was always correctly stated and updated how
you are going with the turnarounds. It was worthy to wait - the PC you
have built is running smoothly and meets all the requirements of high
standard work.
I got quick and helpful responses from the beginning of the order by
e-mail, and it was the same when I was asking about the delay. Finally I
got the e-mail about the dispatch and the PC arrived next day safely
packed in the double box.

I bought a Seismo i3 540 on 17th January 2011 with trepidation. I had
not bought from Dino PC before - can I trust a North London company? -
will it be reliable - will they ever send me anything etc?
My fears were totally unfounded. The 'spec' product with additions
arrived on time (paid for quicker delivery). It worked first time and
runs very quietly indeed. Simple mechanical design acceptable (not
flash). Result:
after nearly 2 months I appear to have a brilliant low cost powerful and
reliable PC. N Knocks spots off the competition.

Just wanted to say thanks for the PC. If you're willing to wait the
build time, its well worth it, especially for the price which blows
every other seller out of the water.
The PC works brilliantly, and unlike off-the-shelf-computers, isn't
crammed with all sorts of unnecessary software. It only has what you
need.
The only thing I'd mention is that it would be good to offer people the
choice between W7 and XP, although to be honest after a couple of days
of playing around on W7, I might be converted.

I've taken some time to record my experience on the above order. Overall
I am happy so far with the machine and the service offered by Dino PC.
The only downside was the uncertainty over when the machine would ship,
which lasted up until I received the shipment complete notice.
Summary
My machine arrived in perfect working order, equipped as specified.
Delivery took 3 full working weeks versus the 1-2 mentioned on your
website, but given Intel’s problems with the P67 chipset I feel 3 weeks
is a reasonable performance. Any questions or requests I had were
answered promptly and accurately, with the exception of delivery date.
In fact, my only quibble would be that Dino PC found it difficult to say
exactly when my machine would be ready, even close to the due date which
in turn made it difficult for me to plan to receive the delivery.
Details
1. Before placing my order I had a good discussion by phone about my
requirements with your customer service representative.
2. I did not pay for the faster delivery option, only to be informed
after I had placed the order that due to a busy Christmas period order
leadtimes were extended to 2-3 weeks. I would have appreciated being
informed of this beforehand.
3. I was surprised when money was taken from my credit card upon placing
the order (rather than at shipment date). Maybe this practice was
mentioned on the website, but I did not notice it.
4. Any change I requested to details such as my phone number or delivery
address was updated promptly and accurately in your system.
5. After about one week my order was caught up in the problems with
Intel’s new P67 chipset. I was given sufficient information to help make
my decision on changing my order and the required changes were entered
promptly and accurately by yourselves. I appreciate Dino PC waiving the
cost increase (~£10) caused by changing to my new specification.
6. On Tue Feb 15 I was informed the unit would go out “today or tomorrow
for next day delivery”.
On Thu Feb 17 I emailed to ask why I had not received shipping
notification only to be told that the unit would go out “today or
tomorrow for next day delivery”.
30 minutes after that reply I received the shipment complete notice.
The shipment notice did not mention which courier had been used (DHL or
Fedex were both mentioned in the email), requiring a further email to
customer service, which was, as always, promptly answered.
7. Delivery was on Feb 18th by Fedex. The packaging quality was
excellent and no damage had occurred. No instructions for assembling the
machine were included (not that it was too difficult, but I nearly lost
the VGA/Graphics card adapter socket amongst the packaging). The machine
worked perfectly the first time I started it up.
8. The machine was built as specified – only error was that no Bullguard
anti-virus software (90 day trial) had been installed despite this being
mentioned in the order.

I would just like to say how very pleased I am
with the computer you sold to me in December last. I am involved with a
Company in Holland who make the "Ship Simulator" range of games and
their latest game "Ship Simulator Extremes" is very demanding, but your
machine allows it to play faultlessly.
I have taken the liberty of recommending your
Company to a number of players who were having trouble in making a
decision on upgrading to a better machine. I feel that for the price of
£399 it would be hard to match performance against your machine. Now
that you have fitted the machine with a GeForce GTS 450 card I am quite
jealous!!! My only very tiny complaint regards the S-ATA power supply
link in the machine, it only has one lead going to the DVD drive. I
installed a Lightscribe drive as a second one but had to get a splitter
cable in order to power it.

I chose Dino PC mainly for their competitive pricing and easy to use web
site and to be honest wasn't expecting such a professional service, only
had the PC a day and everything seems to be great, took a little longer
to build than advertised but they had a lot of orders over the Xmas
period and I wasn't in a hurry anyway, you may wait a while on the phone
but they do answer and they are helpful when you get through, must be a
good indication they are doing it right!! would recommend.

PC arrived yesterday super fast and well within the 3 working day
turnaround even with delivery. Over the moon. Chose Dinopc to avoid
the hassle of a self build but to be honest the quality of parts I
probably couldn't have built it for less. Solid and fast and peace of
mind knowing the quality brands. Thank you so much. Brilliant guides
on site for anyone new to computing too. Already recommended to gaming
friends!

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the Seismo Intel 8300 I
purchased from you. I chose to buy from your company based on the
'voluntary' testimonials I have read on your site and I'm glad I did.
Opened the box at 11:30, I was happily surfing the net and sending
e-mails at 14:00 having transferred everything I wanted from my old
machine (and there was a LOT of it).
I got exactly what I wanted - a 'raw' system with just an OS so that I
could simply add the programs which I wanted, rather than putting up
with all the 'stuff' you usually have installed with an off-the-shelf
machine from high street retailers - and at an excellent price!
I will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Hi, I received my new PC today 24/01/2011 from DinoPC and we got it on
and going immediately ..... WoW its so lush I'm thrilled to bits with
it. It goes like lightning and the picture is brilliant, I don't know
too much about computers so I can't rave about all the fancy bits I got
for my money but I do know that altho its only the first day its going a
dinger and as long as it keeps doing that I'm happy. Also the people at
dino were grate really helpful and reassuring and gave all they
promised. I will recommend DinoPC to my friends and I will return to
shop in the future.

Just like to say I'm really pleased with my purchase of a new PC,
arrived when stated and is a great improvement on my previous unit.
Pleased that Windows 7 was already loaded, and although not an expert,
it was up and running within the hour (including connections).

I just wanted to congratulate you on a perfect purchase. I have never
purchased from you before and had previously purchased premium brands
such as Sony, but as an all-in-one PC from Sony has completely failed on
me being only 2 years old requiring a new motherboard, I was looking to
acquire a high spec PC but didn’t have a huge budget due to my previous
Sony purchase. I found your site on Google and was impressed with some
independent customer reviews.
I paid for the 3 day turnaround and had my new PC by the 4th day.
Communication was excellent throughout the purchase and knew exactly
when it was to arrive. Packaged very well.
The only detail that I believe is missing from your website is what is
your cut-off timing is for an order. i.e. order before 4.30pm weekday
and will be processed within that day if after then next day. This is
important if you are purchasing the 2 or 3 day turnaround. I only knew
this information once I had placed the order.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone wishing to purchase a
pc.

I ordered a Gallant 560 GTS250 for my son just before Xmas and it
arrived today.
