Can I upgrade my PC without invalidating the warranty?
Certain parts of the PC can be upgraded without affecting the warranty, such as
optical drives, hard drives and PCI cards. Make sure that proper precautions are
taken when carrying out any upgrades, and the parts used are of high quality,
not cheap or unbranded parts. If a warranty claim is made for a PC that has been
upgraded, and the fault can be directly/indirectly attributed to the upgraded
part, then labour and any other associated costs will be levied.
How does your warranty work?
Our 3 year warranty covers parts and labour for the first year, and labour only
for the remaining period. More information can be found
here.
